At SUPERCUBE, unlike many other UK-based venues, you do not need to put down the full amount in order to book. Instead with us you just need to put down a small deposit in order to confirm a booking.  However, because of this policy deposits are 100% non-refundable in any and every case . This is simply because we promise, from the moment you make your booking, to turn away other customers in light of your booking, even though the room charge for the session booked has not yet been paid in full.

However, if after you make a booking, something comes up and you need to cancel or
rearrange then we can do that free of charge provided it is done more than 1 week
before the original booking
is due to take place and we have availability for the
change. If you have to cancel and give more than 72 hours notice then we can save
100% of your deposit as credit for next time you come in, however this credit cannot
be used as a deposit for a new booking. Less than 72 hours notice then unfortunately
the deposit will be lost entirely.
Even though we would always be reluctant to do so, we also reserve the right to
charge for any and all damages made to either the venue, our equipment or
songbooks by any malicious or excessively careless behaviour.
We are a licensed venue and under licensing laws have a duty of care to our
customers.
As such we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to eject from the
premesis at any time, any individuals or groups who are excessively drunk, and no
refund will be given on any deposit or room fees paid.
Please note bringing your own food, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages into any of our venues is not permitted.
